As dedicated advocate for educational equity, I believe in the transformative power of knowledge. My journey is rooted in a commitment to uplifting marginalized communities, ensuring that every individual has access to quality education. Through my career and doctoral journey, I aim to disrupt systemic barriers and foster an inclusive environment for all learners.
My career has been shaped by roles at the International Rescue Committee's Refugee Youth Summer Program, Pfizer’s Refugee Leadership Program, the Bonner Community Scholars program, and currently with Jersey City Public Schools. These experiences have fueled my passion for addressing the challenges faced by immigrants with disabilities and leveraging technology to enhance educational opportunities for them.
